There are two current versions of Excel: Excel 2019 and Excel 365.  Excel is never updated but Excel 365 is updated twice a year with a new semi-annual version.  

The most likely reason for any differences is that you are using Excel 365 rather than Excel 2019.  If this is the case you should download the Excel 365 e-book.

The less likely reason is that Microsoft have accidentally changed an Excel 2019 feature during an update.  If this is the case the difference should only be small and you should have no difficulty figuring out what they have changed.
