We’ve tried hard to keep these terms & conditions as simple, clear, short and jargon-free as possible.
Our promise to you
We’ll behave ethically and correctly at all times and always do what we believe to be the “right thing” to resolve any query or dispute. Our ethos is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- We will not store your credit card details.
- We will not, under any circumstances whatsoever give out or sell your information (including name and email address) to anyone.
- We will never send you an email unless it is directly related to your order.
Books are always delivered free of charge to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand addresses. Books are usually also delivered free of charge to other countries but in some remote locations we may have to quote and agree a delivery charge.
Orders will normally be received within six to twelve working days but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Books cannot be returned once purchased. Orders cannot be cancelled after the books have been dispatched to you.
Limitation of remedies
In no event will we be liable to you for any damages, including without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill or other consequential damages arising out of the use, or delivery of, the books.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, Great Britain. If any provision of this agreement is for any reason found to be unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
