If you have purchased an e-book you need to click the Downloads button below.  You’ll then see the e-book you have purchased with a big blue button next to it.  Click the button to download the e-book.   You have three attempts to download your e-book and after you have downloaded it you should be careful not to delete it.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are two possible reasons:
  1. You are logged in as a different user than the user that purchased the download.
  2. You have exceeded the maximum number of download attempts for the e-book that you purchased.
If you have exceeded the maximum number of download attempts or have lost an e-book that you previously downloaded, use the Contact button on the top menu to request a new link (quoting the original order number if possible).

We used to produce video courses for Excel 2007, 2010 and 2013.  We no longer sell these video courses and do not recommend that new users learn Excel using these outdated versions. If you previously purchased one of these video courses in the last 12 months and still wish to view it  proceed as follows:
  • Log in (on this page).
  • After logging in click video tutorials from the bottom menu bar.
If you purchased a video course from during the last 12 months you will see a link to the relevant course at the bottom of the page.
