User privacy is critically important to us at The Smart Method. Our privacy principles align with many of the GDPR principles, and we built our products with those principles in mind.

For example:

• Data Minimalism. When you make a purchase on our site, we only require your name, an email address, a delivery address (if a physical product and different to the billing address) and billing address to process your payment. No other information is required to make a purchase.
• Your Security is Our Priority. We use a third-party, GDPR compliant shopping cart (Woo Commerce) for processing payments made to our company. Your customer records can be completely erased in this system by simply sending a request to us using this contact form.
• Data Integrity. We do not sell or give away your personal information, such as your email address to any third-party. As our customer your email address will only be used to contact you about The Smart Method’s product updates and promotions. You can freely remove yourself from these notifications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email body.
